Joe Cornely

Executive Director of Institutional Advancement

An East Coast native, Joe found his way to CHCA through a friend—and quickly felt at home. With a background in sales leadership, institutional development, and coaching, he brings a passion for building relationships and helping others discover the impact of sharing their gifts.

Jen Sasse​

Director of Community Engagement

A Cincinnati native, Jen spent 24 years at Procter & Gamble in Sales and Human Resources before feeling called to pursue purpose-driven work outside the corporate world. She is passionate about helping others realize their potential and brings deep leadership and relationship-building experience to CHCA’s Advancement team. As both a current CHCA parent and member of our staff, Jen sees God’s hand daily in the generosity of CHCA families.

Eric Hehman​

Transformational Giving for Athletics, SGO Specialist​

From Columbus, Indiana, Eric spent 28 years coaching college football, including 18 as a head coach, shaping programs focused on both success and spiritual growth. He came to CHCA seeking a Christ-centered education for his sons and now supports coaches in developing students for impact. He is passionate about connecting with people who want to invest in and transform students’ lives.

Robin (Beshear) Clark ’04

Transformational Giving for Arts, Faith & Service​

A Cincinnati native and proud CHCA alum, Robin brings a diverse background in communications, political fundraising, and talent acquisition to her work in Advancement. Her journey—from Capitol Hill to recruiting leadership—has centered on connecting with people and stewarding meaningful relationships. Now back at CHCA, she’s grateful to help grow the legacy of impact that shaped her own life.

Paige Tomlin​

Development Analytics and Legacy Giving​

Originally from Centerville, OH, Paige spent a decade at Procter & Gamble before staying home to raise her two children. With experience spanning corporate IT, nonprofit volunteering, and church ministry, she joined CHCA in 2019, drawn by its Christ-centered mission and the opportunity to invest in the school her children attended. She values serving a faith-filled community.
