After-School Program | K-Grade 3

The Eagles Landing After School Program is designed to provide quality, regular, ongoing childcare throughout the school year for CHCA’s Lower Elementary families. This program is not designed for drop-in nor short-term, periodic childcare needs. Our program is open on most regular, full school days. We provide a safe place where students can build relationships, be creative, achieve homework goals, have fun and more! Our staff is experienced in childcare and is enthusiastic about seeing your child each day. Children have many fine and large motor activities available to them including art, board games, puzzles, books, Legos, blocks, pretend play, balls, jump ropes, etc. We also escort your child to and from EBL extra-curricular activities while in our care.

This is a pre-registered, “pay-to-stay” program. Before your child can attend, you must register online to schedule monthly payments to be automatically withdrawn from your checking account or your credit card (3% convenience fee added). This is where you choose the program option best for your family (regular or as needed) and apply any discounts.

Our program is designed to be a year-long commitment; however, there is no contract. A parent can discontinue use at the end of any quarter by notifying the Program Director at Eagles.Landing@chca-oh.org at least one month in advance. A final billing will be issued the month following the end of the quarter.

Our purpose is to provide a positive and safe environment for all Grade KPrep – 3 students who need supervision after school. Program staff partner with parents when a student compromises this goal. Although unfortunate, a child can be temporarily suspended or dismissed from the program if their choices put the safety of others at risk.

If you think you are going to be late picking up your child, please notify the Program Director immediately at 513-222-2603. Parents who arrive later than 6:00 p.m. will have these additional overtime fees automatically added to your monthly bill. 3 or more late pick ups could disrupt enrollment in this program.
