Kim Siman
Director of Admissions & Lower School Admissions
North Campus, Grades 4–6
A Montgomery native and Miami University marketing grad, Kim spent a decade in corporate advertising before staying home to raise her three sons—each of whom attended CHCA. Now on the Admissions team, she helps families navigate their own CHCA journeys with warmth and firsthand insight.
Audrey Keyes '95
Associate Director of Upper School Admissions
Grades 7–12
A proud alum of CHCA’s first graduating class, Audrey brings creative energy and leadership experience from the advertising world to her role guiding Upper School families and alumni. She joined the Admissions team full time when her daughter, now also a CHCA alum, became an Eagle.
Sarah Butts
Admissions Counselor
Pre-K, ages 2–Grade 3
After years in South Carolina working in marketing, Sarah and her family settled in Cincinnati and found a new community at CHCA. Her welcoming spirit and authenticity help prospective families at North Campus experience all our school has to offer.
Robin Graff
Admissions Counselor
Pre-K, ages 3/4–Grade 6
Originally from Georgia, Robin has spent years in education and administration, ultimately finding her way to CHCA’s Armleder Campus. She is passionate about helping families access a Christ-centered education where their children can thrive.
Laura Babba
Tuition Assistant & EdChoice
Pre-K-Grade 12
After relocating to Cincinnati in 2024, Laura quickly became part of the CHCA community as a parent and team member. With a background in dance and education, she now helps families access tuition assistance and EdChoice.
