Mr. Sideris brings deep experience and a heart for innovation to his role as Upper Elementary Principal at Founders’ Campus. With degrees from Kent State and the University of Cincinnati, as well as continued education at the University of Dayton, he spent 17 years in Mason City Schools teaching Grades 1–4 before joining CHCA in 2017. A natural leader and lifelong learner, Mr. Sideris is passionate about creating a Christ-centered environment where students thrive academically, socially, and spiritually. Whether guiding curriculum, coaching lacrosse, or leading new initiatives, he values the creative freedom CHCA offers to do what’s best for students—and to help shape a school community that feels like family.
