Originally from Philadelphia and raised in Baltimore, Joe built his career in medical device sales and marketing with Ethicon, a division of Johnson & Johnson, before moving to Cincinnati, where he and his wife raised their three children. With a degree in Biochemistry, Joe’s path eventually led him from the corporate world to the education field; he discovered his passion for development work while serving as the lacrosse coach at a small university in Cincinnati. At CHCA, he’s energized by the opportunity to build bridges through relationships, helping others recognize the impact of their generosity. He finds great joy in serving a mission-driven, faith-filled community.
