Dr. Thomas is a passionate educator and leader dedicated to the intersection of faith, learning, and servant leadership. With a background in teaching, school leadership, and higher education, he holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, along with principal and superintendent licensure. In addition to his work at CHCA, he teaches at Xavier University, mentoring future school leaders. His experiences as a missionary and foster care advocate continue to shape his heart for service. Dr. Thomas finds joy in being part of CHCA’s vibrant, Christ-centered community, as well as shaping students academically and spiritually.
