For Ms. Montgomery, education is a calling rooted in faith, relationships, and a love for students. Encouraged by her mentor and friend, she joined CHCA’s Armleder Campus as both a teacher and a parent, bringing her daughters along for the journey. With a bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Central State University and master’s from Xavier University, she has served as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal across Catholic, public, charter, and private schools. Ms. Montgomery cherishes the opportunity to walk alongside students throughout their CHCA journey. One of her greatest joys is seeing former students return as educators, continuing the legacy of Christ-centered learning.
